This sprinkle mix is not recommended for baked applications. Freezing and thawing may result in color bleed; in general, avoid condensation. At Sprinkle Pop, we manufacture in small batches to ensure that our customers receive the freshest product and the longest shelf life possible - 18 months. Store in a cool, dark place such as your pantry. Exposure to light may cause color fading, especially in purples.
