Exchange & Return Policy:

At Kreative Cutters, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for any damaged or missing items.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any of our products unless the item is damaged or not functional.
  • All of our products are custom-made to order, and due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns once an item has been used or opened.
  • If you experience any issues with your order, we will replace the item with a like product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

If your request is accepted, we’ll promptly send you a replacement item or process a refund as appropriate.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your return request, we’ll review it and notify you of our decision. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
